The daily exercises are just the beginning! Here are a few of the big ideas coming down the pipeline in the near future:

  • The Daily Exercise App. The website does only a fraction of what the daily exercise program is capable of. We’re working hard to create an app that will totally change the way you think about your psychological and emotional fitness!

  • A generalized curriculum for our internal development. By applying a logical progression to the key aspects of our well-being, we are creating a structured path to increased well-being that integrates all the necessary knowledge into one common approach. This structure will be perfect for beginners and casual users, and will establish a solid foundation from which to launch into existing branches of society, such as education.

  • Games! One of the best ways to grow and change is by having fun, which is why we are developing several gamified approaches for well-being enhancement. These will be great for families and friends to build connections and introduce a little more positive emotions into their lives.
