Mindful Eating is about bringing the benefits of mindfulness into our everyday life. Take a moment when eating a meal, a snack, or even just a single bite, to practice some mindfulness. Use all your senses to experience the moment as richly as possible.
Bring all your attention to the present moment. What can you taste? How does it smell and feel? What emotions do you feel while eating it?
