The WOOP exercise is a method for setting and preparing to achieve goals. It stands for Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan. It’s a great way to think realistically and concretely about the futures we want to create. By taking the time to identify and prepare for adversity, we prepare ourselves to be resilient and gritty.
