The Silver Lining exercise is a twist on the classic 3 Gratitudes exercise. Rather than finding three things that went well, we’re going to do just the opposite.
So, identify three things that didn’t go ideally today. Then, scan these memories to find the silver lining. Did they ultimately result in a positive outcome? If so, why? Did they provide you with an opportunity to learn and grow that you wouldn’t have had otherwise?
