Pick one of your strengths to exemplify today. Before your start your day, spend some time planning how you can live this strength today. What mindset do you need? Are there situations you want to be on the look out for? What opportunities do you need to seize or create?
Write your strength on your hand if you need a reminder, or set yourself phone reminders throughout the day. Do whatever you have to do to keep your strength in your awareness.
