Today’s exercise is a variation on gratitudes — “Reverse Gratitudes”. We call it Reverse Gratitudes because rather than focusing on things others did for us, we’re going to identify three ways we helped others.
Think of three people who, if they had to do a gratitude exercise today, would name you as one of their gratitudes. It can be something big or small. What matters is you take the time to brainstorm ways in which your life has a positive impact on others.
