Self-Gratitudes

A twist on the classic 3 Gratitudes exercises in positive psychology, today we’re going to focus that gratitude inward. Over the course of your day, take some time to notice how your own thoughts and actions created better outcomes for yourself.

What decisions did you make that caused you to feel better? What actions did you take that brought you positive outcomes?

It’s important to recognize the good things in our environment. But it’s equally important to notice the good things in ourselves as well!
